FAQs

1. How do I place my order?
You can order online by going to the Order/Prices tab on our homepage. Just follow a few simple steps to create your canvas artwork. If you need any help, we are more than happy to guide you through the ordering process by calling us at 877-908-2104.

2. Where can I find pricing?
To view pricing, click the Order/Prices tab on our homepage. This will direct you to the list of prices for each canvas size and style.

3. What if I don’t have a digital photo?
In the event that you cannot find any digital photos that you would like to have printed for your order, we will accept mail-ins of a hard photo copy. We do return the photo along with the finished product, but we are not liable for any loss or damage to the photograph. If your photo is highly valuable, please try to mail in a duplicate copy instead of an original. Direct to:

Canvas to Art
Attn. Art Department
14821 Artesia Blvd.
La Mirada, CA 90638

Please include order details and other important information that we can reference the photo to. Also note that this might extend the processing period depending on when the photo is received.

4. I think my picture quality is not good enough for a print. What should I do?
Most pictures taken with a digital camera at the highest quality setting will be sufficient for printing.

Remember, you can always email us the picture with a description of what you would like to do. Our friendly staff will gladly help. If Canvas to Art encounters any problems with the print quality, we will contact you with alternative solutions to guarantee that you receive top-notch images.

5. What effects do you offer on pictures?
We offer Pop Art as an effects option for your images. Please see our Pop Art page for some amazing examples of these rendered images. Our digital artists will use a color palate that best suits your unique photo to be used for the transformation.

The Warhol Style is another effect, which takes your photo and duplicates it into four squares with complementing colors. This is a great way to create a canvas print that will add a splash of color to any room.

Another great way to change up a normal photograph is by choosing the Canvas Split option. This will split your image onto separate canvases creating a panoramic or abstract feel to your photo. It is a wonderful option for those who want to use their canvas prints as decorative pieces in their homes.

If you want your photo to be black and white, but also have a little splash of color, our Mono Chromatic effect is just the right thing. This effect will retain certain colors from specific parts of your image while converting everything else to black and white. You will be able to note what you want kept in color in the “Requests/Comments” section while ordering. Mono Chromatic prints are eclectic and elegant; a greatly popular style that brings out the important details in a photograph.

Worried about how the finished product will look like? Our digital artists will provide a proof through email for any order with effects, so you can preview how your art will turn out.

6. If I choose an image wrap for my order, will my picture be altered?
Yes. A gallery wrap basically wraps the edges of the photo around the border of the canvas. Depending on the width you choose for the sides of your print, you will lose some parts of the original image. If Canvas to Art encounters any problems while wrapping the photo, we will contact you with alternative solutions to guarantee that you receive something you are happy with.

7. What is the canvas mounted on?
After printing your photo onto canvas, we wrap it securely around stretcher bars, which are high quality wooden frames produced directly at our Southern California facility.

8. Is there hanging hardware included with the canvas print?
All of our canvases are ready to hang and come equipped with the necessary hardware to do so. Depending on the size of your canvas print, there will be a hanging wire or saw tooth hanger securely attached.

9. Do you have any samples I can check out?
We currently do not have any physical samples of our canvas prints. However, you can check out our customer gallery to see what others have done with our service.

10. When will my art arrive?
